- To inspire and equip young people to learn and succeed through enterprise
- To help young people to develop the attitudes and skills for enterprise, personal success, lifelong learning and employability
- To foster the learning by doing concept by delivering highly practical, activity based, enjoyable learning programmes which inspire young people and improve their understanding of the value and role of business
- To provide young people the opportunity to understand the value of strategic planning, teamwork, problem solving, creative thinking, report writing and presentation skills
- To bridge the gab between the school desk and the working bench
- To contribute to the national strategy for entrepreneurship by promoting entrepreneurial education amongst young people in primary, secondary and tertiary education institutions.
